      Pros

      As a company, MBCI has recently done several great things that have led to it being the largest cabinet company in North America. The long term outlook is outstanding and will only grow the difference between MBCI and #2.

      Cons

      The leadership of the company doesn't seem to value internal experience and the politics of job postings can be very discouraging for long term employees.
