- Lots of overtime. - Keeps your upper body in good shape. - Training program was sufficient.

Cons

- Toxic peers and supervisory staff/hiring staff. There was lots of drama in all positions including HR and line supervisors. - Not a lot of room for growth and quickly becomes dull and repetitive. It's back breaking work too if you don't watch your form. - The working hours increased dramatically when I worked there. from full time to 60 hours req with 8 more optional on Sunday within the first three weeks of employment.

Cons

They are selling 4 10 hour day work weeks. That's not the case for everyone. A lot of floor workers are working 11 to 12 hour days and some work Fridays that are supposed to be a day off. Poor communication between management and employee. Management is unwilling to listen to problems within departments. Poor leadership throughout the factory.
