Great 401k up to 10& match on 6% contribution Amazing coworkers, everyone is easy to talk to and willing to jump in to help anyone if they need it

Cons

3 days RTO can be a bit much. Not much is going on in the office to justify 3 days; 9/10 times, you're working solo on project stories, and even when you do interact with someone, it's on a Teams call. 2 days in the office is the sweet spot!

Great place and environment to work. Offices are very pleasing, great meeting rooms and conditions overall. Has employee stock options program, impressive health insurance coverage for whole family. Great work-life balance. Been working at Mastercard for over 3 years now and I couldn't be happier. Definitely one of the best places I've worked so far.

Cons

Sometimes it's difficult to have a slot available at the office. Would also prefer 2 days in office instead of 3. Also, no food available in the office on daily basis.
