Flexible company, good people, nice environment. A lot of oportunities too.

Parking is a terrible issue now. Also, going 3 times per week in the office is not convinient.

Good pay, good employee policies. Great company.

Cons

Lead and Managers are at same level. so if Manager promotes SSE he becomes lead, now they both come at same level. so Manager does not promote their own reportee. similarly Director and Principal are at same level so director does not promote leads to become principle or director. Management suffering because of insecurities. There is no transparency how exactly promotion happens.
