Pros

work/life balance depends on team you are in. Brand Name, which I think may not be an advantage a few years later if MC can't upgrade the level, it still feels more like ECS. Initial package

Cons

Hike given after first year is not good. Indian Colleagues are treated very differently than the US colleagues. No feel of working with a big brand. No transport facility. Very few team work on latest technologies, rest are stuck in old age work.

Pros

Working atmosphere is healthy. Work life balance not seen.

Cons

MasterCard is not paying as per market standard especially to ECS group. MasterCard is not transparent in the matter of compensation. Mastercard made foolish to the ECS employee under the name of benchmarking.
