      Wide exposure through different clients and regions with a lot of responsibilities

      Cons

      Managers promote toxic environment with pushing for over utilization and working in weekends and after hours, and that is taking for granted without any appreciation and unfortunately there is no effective peer feedback , you will be the only one blamed. At the end the financial compensation is not good enough for all of this
