Continous restructures make in near on impossible to progress, job level responsibilities are not consistent again making it unclear how to progress unless you completely move roles. The last 4 years have been flexible but now being forced into an office 3 days a week despite not working with anyone in the same location. End of year results and bonuses are not decided by direct line managers usually senior leadership that doesnt see how you perform day to day.
