The respect the company has for it's individual contributors is above par. They value experience and work to keep their long time employees. This is a company where you can go as far as you strive to go or remain at a lead or manager level and maintain your value.

None, I would remind employees this is an extremely large company and you need to speak up if you want to be heard and recognized.
