As with any company, communication is difficult. A few bad nuts on the supervisory staff, but overall, there could be worse people to work under.

Cons

Feels like working in prison, camera everywhere including bathrooms. No trust between management and employees, must punch out for every breaks. Low pay and benefits when compared to other cheese companies.
