Some of the pros of working at my school include a strong sense of work-life balance, constructive feedback that supports professional growth, and consistent support from leadership. The environment is resourceful, and there are ample opportunities for students to go above and beyond both academically and personally.

Cons

One con is that there could be a little more staff engagement events throughout the year to help keep staff invested and connected. Increasing opportunities for informal collaboration and celebration could boost morale and strengthen the school community.

We strive to provide a "high expectations, high support" environment for all staff and students, where we are all pushed to the best we can be. We appreciate your suggestion about hosting more events for staff members to engage with one another, and will definitely keep that in consideration for the 25/26 school year! Toxic work environment. No support from management. Extremely over crowded classes.

Cons

The pay is well. If teaching is your passion you will enjoy the work. But high chances of burn out.
