This is the best place to become employeed at especially working with the students and staff.

Cons

Administrative Assistants are only given part time employment status. They should be full time status just like the rest of the staff.

-comprehensive benefits package -pretty good starting teaching salary in comparison to other charter networks and the school district

Cons

-too many responsibilities for one person -generally understaffed at most schools -need to find discipline balance for students
