Decent pay and reasonable hours for a part time position for someone who is still in school and wants in experience in their actual field.

Cons

This position can take a lot out of you. More is required than many expect. You do not get any health benefits and you do not get paid during school breaks. There aren't any professional developments for part time employees but they would be extremely beneficial if they were provided.

Cons

Very little down time, days are intense. Be ready to be held accountable and be ready to hold others accountable. If you're thin skinned... You'll toughen up and grow or it'll be rough.
