      Has potential to be a good company. Most co-workers are dedicated and easy to get along with. A 3-4 work schedule that many enjoy. Overtime is often available.

      Cons

      12 hr days are exhausting. Work/Home balance is not very good. Understaffed so available workers are pushed to their limits. Upper Management is not receptive to concerns of workers. Moral/Ethical questionable behavior. A very cliquey environment. Barely keeps up with standard pay.
