Treatment- terrible. Berate, scream, yell, ridicule Leadership- terrible Family- if you’re not part of it you won’t last Professionalism- non-existent at the Executive level

Pros

There are some very solid co-workers, if they stay around long enough. The company itself is very profitable.

Cons

The company is very top-heavy with managers, directors and VPs. Unfortunately, with all the senior managers, the company has been able to get rid of good leaders while continuously employing ones with very poor leadership skills. The politics between executives causes a lot of issues with one's job and makes it a very miserable place to work.
