I honestly have no complaints.

low pay, 65 to 70 hour weeks sometimes 7 days per week, expensive benefits crappy 401k, food safety talks to you like your crap, yelling is common, they want you to be a robot. if you have a family it's considered a bad thing. they complain about people wanting holidays off they throw new products or tasks at you without proper training have to learn as you go but they berate you for making mistakes. standards wats changing short lunch break, management doesnt listen or care. there only 1 person at the the ohio location that is a decent person but they can do much with the horrible company culture. I started as labor worked up to supervisor.none of it is worth it
