Pros

Great hours, Awesome benefits, being part of the start up, learning new things, friendly management and supervisors, have fun and get things done. This is a great company for the area, much needed growth for our community, great place to work if you are not afraid to work, management is very laid back as long as you do your job. Lots of diversity, and different cultures Health, vision and dental insurance is very affordable.

Cons

It is a new company and lots of construction still, getting processes and procedures in place can be challenging. Working along side people who don't want to work but just collect a paycheck. No vacation time or sick time, overtime is only after 60 hrs.
