They pay well because they have to in order to attract talent

Cons

- No work/life balance. I've never worked so much OT - Politics. I saw good people fired for no reason so that others could take their job. - So much turnover. It seemed like there was no point in even meeting new people since they didn't last long. - Dishonesty from senior management. I was told I could take a new position internally (and even turned down another job offer because of it), but then was told the opposite when I started asking questions about why the transition was taking so long.

None. It was a horrible environment. Treated the employees more like prisoners. And there was constant pressure with no recognition for hard work

Cons

Mental abuse, rotten product being sold. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy.

The way the employees treat you Supervisors make it unbearable to work there People are extremly too old to act like children in there
