      Pros

      A lovely group of people.

      Cons

      High stress. Culture is not at all what they market it to be. Little support. No HR department. Managers have their own titles to deal with on top of managing, which mean there are terrible managers. Pay is great but not worth the stress.

      Pros

      Good benefits. 9 80 schedule unless it gets changed at the last minute. Very young work force fresh out of school.

      Cons

      Look at the executive management team. Any diversity? Males to females? Board of directors, are they all “yes men “? Who makes decisions? How many are afraid to make a decision?
