      Good pay, bonuses room for growth

      Cons

      -CEO was insane -Culture- require you to shave every single day (like we played for the Yankees). If you had any stubble and I mean even the faintest shadow you would be fired or at best, sent home. We lost several great employees because they shaved the night before and you had to hunt for stubble but the ceo would fire you on sight

      - Benefits and pay are decent but nothing amazing - Intelligent and great people that you’ll be working with for the most part - Good way into the industry

      Cons

      Too many to name but I’ll name off a few - To start, the CEO is very erratic and unpredictable. He makes everyone feel uneasy and has created the reputation of being a fearful place to work at when he’s around. - Very cult like work environment in which they disapprove of expressing one’s individualism such as tattoos, piercings, facial hair, dress attire, etc. - HR department (does not exist) … which allows them to get away with anything really - Not a lot of employee diversity and no flexible work schedule
