Great work experience, but C-Level hides information

- Great team environment - Great experience in leadership - Training opportunities - Never short on work - Many, many great employees who care about you personally

Cons

- C-Level tells you one thing, does another - Layoffs have happened, no matter what you are told - Sometimes you need to walk on eggshells around management - Very good chance you will do work over again for the same project multiple times, no matter who you are and what your work entails - Land department has way too much sway

Good benefits. 9 80 schedule unless it gets changed at the last minute. Very young work force fresh out of school.

Cons

Look at the executive management team. Any diversity? Males to females? Board of directors, are they all “yes men “? Who makes decisions? How many are afraid to make a decision?

Servant Leadership from the CEO and Executive Team Employees wear multiple hats and there is never a dull day Camaraderie from co-workers Great blend of industry experience and backgrounds 9/80 work schedule Due diligence in hiring has resulted in great retention, and no layoffs, ever!

Need more full-time staff The time commitment is substantial
