Good salary, good benefits. Many individual employees themselves are intelligent and helpful. They will work you hard, and you will have no choice but to learn a lot. This job is for you if you live to work.
Cons
Diversity does not exist at Matador Resources. Derogatory conversation about women, race, liberal politics, and religion was everyday office conversation. A toxic, far right wing culture has intensified over the past few years. This culture is not only unsupportive, but at times it seemed unsafe. The discrimination is obvious.
