- Get to work with other household brands in online dating, MG being nearly a monopoly in the industry - Research is respected and valued in product development - Autonomy to pursue your own projects

Cons

- The research function is under design leadership who knows very little about research - Middle management is extremely toxic and loves to gossip and criticize other colleagues behind their back - Middle management does not know how to support career growth or host effective 1:1s - Unclear career growth trajectory - Promotions are based on how buddy-buddy you can get with your manager - Poor outlook ahead for the longevity of the brand
