Benefits Coworkers - smart fun people Dress Code is casual Overall site features are cool to work with

Cons

Politics Cliques No raises unless promoted Pushes those who dissent from party line out. Creative leaders have either been incompetent or pushy. No respect for boundaries. Underlying site features are gimmicky. Management is not inclined to listen to customers until it is a top complaint. Only reactive to numbers vs proactive and customer centric. No HR privacy. Complaints are not taking seriously.
