Good and fun place to work with. Free snacks, drinks and Happy hour every month. No dress code. Up to date on technology and freedom to explore the areas you are interested in.

Pros

You will work with some of the brightest people in the industry. The best thing about Match is the free drinks, summer party and the laid back atmosphere.

Cons

The pay isn't on par with the market for certain positions. The pay increases only occurs every 4-5 years if then.

Pros

Great place to work! From the get go, my experience with Match was a positive one. The interview process was very conversational and reciprocal; I knew the team as well as they knew me. I felt very confident in my decision to join early on. Since day 1, Match exceeded my expectations with a fun, exciting and challenging work environment. The benefits, perks and work/life balance are all great and I enjoy coming to the office every day.
