I really enjoy working at Match. It's a great environment and fun atmosphere. The best part about the company is all the great people that you get to work with. I am excited that I get to learn from smart people and grow within the company.

Pros

I've been here a little over a year and I can count the number of days I've been bored on less than one hand. There is no shortage of challenging work. I'm on a small team so we collaborate often and I get to contribute towards initiatives outside of my main responsibilities. Overall, it's fun and things get done quickly! The people here are a cut above. Everyone I’ve met is friendly and seems passionate about their work. HR throws the best parties so it's easy to mingle with other departments. The free food and snacks are a nice touch!

Cons

Work load fluctuates week to week. Some weeks are busier than others.

Pros

The people are what makes the difference. Everyone is cool and fun to work with. It's a .com feel even though the company is 20 years old

Cons

The headquarters is in Dallas so sometimes communication or collaboration is more difficult due to the physical as well as time defference.
