I've been here a little over a year and I can count the number of days I've been bored on less than one hand. There is no shortage of challenging work. I'm on a small team so we collaborate often and I get to contribute towards initiatives outside of my main responsibilities. Overall, it's fun and things get done quickly! The people here are a cut above. Everyone I’ve met is friendly and seems passionate about their work. HR throws the best parties so it's easy to mingle with other departments. The free food and snacks are a nice touch!

This was my first foray into a job at a larger company. I quickly realized that I’d have to step up my game here, and it’s been the challenge that I both needed and wanted in my career. I like the culture here, everyone is friendly and personable. I feel that most people can have some sort of input and be heard when it comes to work. I know it doesn’t matter for some people, but I am also happy knowing that I’m part of a company that is doing something good for the world, something I didn’t always think at my previous jobs. The work environment is really good. Flexible hours, some teams allow WFH. We are moving to a new office soon, and people are excited for that. There are lots of little perks, happy hours, free snacks and drinks etc....
