Not always the best management styles from upper management, Sick days and PTO are combined, Company doesn't give raises and promotions often

Thank you for your feedback. Our PTO program offers flexibility for sick, vacation and personal days and also provides accrual with tenure. Our mid-year and annual performance reviews are in place for consideration of promotion opportunities.

Highly competitive compensation, great vacation policies, amazing perks like weekly massages, free food, catered lunches, extremely talented colleagues, and room to grow professionally.

Cons

Even though we own the dating market, the bar for our growth (technology and revenue) is always growing and can present a challenge to reach.
