Not Bad

Pros

Great people (fellow workers, management doesn't associate with us plebs). Good culture for young people (sports clubs, foosball, pool table, happy hours, video game clubs etc).

Cons

Next to impossible to get a raise without a promotion. Bonuses are used instead, which keeps base salary constant, upon which they base the bonus (neat trick).

Thank you for your feedback. We try hard to create a culture for our team members to be successful and fulfilled. We noticed your comment about compensation. Just wanted to respond and let you know that stellar performance is rewarded (even without a promotion) annually and the year-end comp process is a great time to handle that. Come see HR if you have any questions!

Pros

-Casual dress code -Parties all of the time -Flexible work environment i.e. work from home etc. -Free match.com merch -Food, drinks, etc. -The 'laid back' atmosphere of the office and the company perks seem really great. They are great, but at the end of the day what is more important? Free stuff or your sanity?

Cons

-Swim or rapidly sink. You learn early on whose opinion matters the most, even if they don't work in the same department as you. Eventually you'll notice people are laid off who did not get a long with these 'opinion' higher-ups. I found myself working hard to make others 'like' me as I found this mattered more than quality of work. It worked, somewhat, as I was never fired, but it was exhausting and overall not worth it. -Hostile work environment at times -No raise unless you are promoted. Not even a yearly 'cost of living' salary bump. -HR doen't have the employees best intentions at heart.
