Highly unproductive, mismanaged, political environment. Mangers are busy pushing people to the QA team and getting rid of their responsibilities. Not much good stuffs to work on.

Cons

Not everyone might like technical support. You are helping customers solve problems and it can get loaded at times, but in the long run brings out a great experience.
