      Pros

      The company has many positives, including nice colleagues, good pay, solid products and a weekly Thursday breakfast.

      Cons

      There are areas that could benefit from more attention. There's an opportunity to enhance transparency in decision-making, as there are times when there is inconsistency with how policies are being applied. Furthermore, while passive feedback is welcome, it would be beneficial to actively and consistently seek it out. Focusing on these areas could help create an even more supportive and inclusive environment.

      Company culture is unlike any other company I worked for, and you can tell that decisions are made with employee satisfaction and happiness in mind.

      Cons

      Politics blends into business. A lot of overanalyzing that often doesn't come with the same level of action.

      Pros

      The company runs the business based on the core values that they promote and you can see it in the day to day operation and decisions that are made. As the core values strongly align with my personal values I find this to be a great match for my professional career. I have never "dreaded" coming to work in the past couple of years that I have worked here as compared to previous jobs/employers.
