- Culture and core values are taken seriously - Colleagues are team-oriented and work with integrity - Feedback up the chain is heard and follow-on actions tend to be taken to create change for the better - Working with MATLAB on a near-daily is awesome (for a technical person like me) - Getting to travel locally and/or fly for on-site customer visits is often a fun adventure (fun locations, meeting interesting new people, etc) - Free lunch on days we go into the office (3 days, weekly) - MathWorks loves processes for its internal workings; this is very important for having clear, robust, and organized internal pipelines that keep a large organization working efficiently with minimal friction

I wish I found this company 20 years ago at the beginning of my career. Great culture, community/people, core values, leadership, day-to-day work. Huge work/life balance focus.
