Cons
They've grown too fast in recent years and their ability to manage that growth has been poor at best. The proverbial "too many chiefs and not enough indians" cliche' definitely applies to their company model. Way too many layers of management and they're all afraid to make decisions for fear of upsetting their superior. HR department isn't very good at communicating to employees, either.
