      Pros

      You learn patience... waiting for raises, promotions, anything. Some of the people are easy to work with mainly because you are in the same boat. Get good at dodging buses the ladder climbers try to throw you under.

      Cons

      Pay is low compared to other companies of this caliber.Raises and promotions don’t come on time due to management procrastination. Overworked and under appreciated. No one takes responsibility and loves passing blame. You are just a number.
