Horrible management across the board. Yes men especially if they are some type of engineer are valued more than skilled employees . The plants are run on a shoe during budget,no maintenance is done on them. All plants are understaffed and with the lack of maintenance plant staff are over worked and stressed. When things do happen and a plant shuts down its always pushed onto the plant staff to fix it immediately, even if the issue was known for awhile and management didn't want to do a shut down and fix it prior. They do not value their employees work life balance. No support from upper management other than "just get it done" . Bulk customers are leaving constantly and not being replaced. Upper management views the remote operations center as the golden child, which it is not. Besides logistics they are the most inept depart in the company. They are not held accountable for their actions or lack of actions. They view saving money or not spending on maintenance or hiring staff as making money.

The worst is the cameras in the truck to spy on you. That is the reason I left
