Pros

The company does offer a paycheck that's above average for similar roles in the industry.

Cons

1. You'll soon realize that the company's idea of a 'work-life balance' is more like a 'work-is-your-life' philosophy. Get ready to be on call 24/7 for projects that seem to have no end. 2. Management and executives are the real stars of the company's drama series. They provide daily episodes of unpredictable decision-making and questionable leadership. 3. It's astonishing how little some of the top executives seem to know about their own areas of responsibility. Be prepared for decisions that leave you scratching your head. 4. If you're a fan of vintage technology and antiquated processes, you're in for a treat. This company excels at clinging to outdated tools and methods that should have been retired ages ago. 5. The company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, especially for women, feels like a punchline. Despite the lip service, meaningful progress in this area is sorely lacking.

Pros

Perks of this job is you have a lot of freedom. Setting your own schedule and doing sales calls as you see fit. Commission is based on new business which gives the reps incentive to get out and about. Good perks and benefits. Everyday has different tasks which keeps you on your toes.

Cons

Learning Curve. Sometimes the industries you're calling upon can be difficult to work with. Can be demanding. Some weeks are a casual 35-40 and others are easily 50 hours. An aggressive sales policy. You break a lot of bad news with price increases but you want to continue to hold onto that partnership with the customers. The dynamic wear you down.

Pros

The pay is decent. Three days on four days off.

Cons

Incompetent management team. Bullying and intimidation from Site Managers. Lack of professionalism and inconsistent processes. Poor communication and each shift has different processes even though the work is the same. Negative work culture and the owners obviously don’t care about the employees at our site. No security onsite even though threats have been made to shoot up the building or specific employees. The location doesn’t provide an opportunity for a diverse staff which is why most of the employees here are minorities. Constant threat of being fired so most employees don’t care about doing a great job. Yes Georgia is a work at will state so please stop telling us that you can fire us for whatever reason. You are told that you will be fired or written up if you contact Human Resources. Favoritism and nepotism go hand in hand at our site. We are constantly advised about policy 114, however no one addresses the relatives in the workplace or conflicts of interest policies.
