      Go in early, get out early

      Cons

      No raises! They find any reason to take from your monthly bonus. No loaders, you have to load your own truck, not enough equipment (forklifts, trucks) low compensation, they won’t let you drive til 6 months after hiring. Unorganized , can’t use a headset when you drive. Oh and did I mention No Raises !!
