Employee discount, low cost medical coverage, it’s a fun career if they would get rid of the micro managers

Cons

Everything revolves around cost.. even when it comes to safety. They throw away dollars to pinch pennies. In their eyes, the outside salesperson is the most important. Even the ones who don’t bring anything to the table. They neglect the ops team as a whole.

Micro managed. Scrambling to find direction since the AL acquisition. Not sure who they are or how to compete.
