      Get to really help kids with math and see lots and lots of positive changes.

      Pros

      Flexible, good pay, great coworkers and management. Able to be flexible in your teaching methods according to different student needs.

      Cons

      Wanted more hours to work at times but they were not available because the center hours were somewhat minimal in comparison to a regular store.

      Pros

      Instructors are given a overall fair amount of workload. Center director and other coworkers are friendly and do not hesitate to help if you are unable to handle certain situation. The working environment is fairly relaxing and easy-going.

      Cons

      During schools' final exam time, things can get really tough since many students come in to seek help. Although each instructor is responsible to mentor at most four students at one time, but during finals, one usually has to handle more than that and can easily stressed out.
