      Nice place to work - but not much money in it.

      Pros

      Owners are hard working - putting in long hours for not much salary. They treat instructors well and are trying to make a go of it.

      Cons

      Owners can't afford to pay instructors much. Can't make a career out of this. Instructors come and go making existing instructors work extra to get them up to speed.

      Pros

      You get great experience teaching students of all ages If you want to move up, it is entirely possible with a bit of initiative Scheduling is relatively flexible, can work around other jobs or school

      Cons

      We never had enough staff, so getting a day off was near impossible They pay decently, but not enough for how skilled each employee must be Experiences can vary greatly from center to center, since the manager/owner has so much influence over how the center works

      Pros

      Everyone is so welcoming and willing to help. Everyone enjoys being there and is knowledgable. Good work environment. Center Director is accommodating.

      Cons

      Not a lot of hours available and they fluctuate. Pay isn't great.
