Great supervisor! My immediate team was amazing.

Cons

Upper management does not care about anyone. They will switch directions on you at any given time. Stay away from this company, I'm warning you. They will work you to death and turn around and act like you didn't matter.

There were great individuals working there. Professional and Collaborative. I was able to be a part of impactful projects.

Cons

The merger with SWM was detrimental to the already declining Neenah culture. Look at the trended stock price to see how well the organization is doing.
