Pros

Autonomy to work Majority of team is friendly as individuals, but the unfair bias from the Neenah HR clique - which is really the Newell Rubbermaid people - is highly felt, from the CHRO down.

Cons

In my opinion, if you didn't come from HR at Newell, then with them to HR at Neenah, then you weren't as valued. It's also obvious to see who all has moved together by a quick LinkedIn search.

Really nice breakroom and coffee machines

Cons

The company is sinking fast due to horrible mis-management at the Executive Level; the only thing they are exceptional at is making excuses. The IT is a horrible patchwork of outdated junk. Nothing works well. There is incompetence everywhere. Penny wise and pound foolish is the Mativ Mission Statement. If offered a job here, run away.
