"One of the best places to work"

Pros

Nothing but a great experience since my 2 years at this company. They took me in as a fresh graduate and gave me hands on training into the role. I immediately became part of the team and felt welcome. I got promoted after my first year. Great commission structure and a base salary.

Cons

I wasn't able to qualify for the Cancun trip because I started later in the year. but I am eligible now

Work hours are very lenient. Simple 8-5 if you produce nobody is going to bug you Pretty easy to make a decent amount of money Great co-workers

Cons

Upper management is a complete joke You are never allowed to speak your mind Numbers are scrutinized

-Great supportive management -Not micromanaged to death -Reasonable Base with a clear commission structure that makes it easy to understand not only potential but how -easily attainable a lucrative future is. -Awesome culture -Great Clients/ Great relationships -Able to give the best rates to consultants....has that 'feel good' factor in a job.

Cons

-Some days can be long...but thats the nature of the business
