      Pros

      The client was taking little extra time with all Approvals. However, Matlen Silver team kept me updated and followed up with the client to expedite the on-boarding process.

      Cons

      Nothing very specific. The health insurance plans premiums may be slightly on the higher side. But they have FSA & HSA options, which is nice.

      Pros

      I am truly happy with the level of support and care from the Matlen Silver team. From day one on the floor, I have been equipped with more access to information and open communication with staff. The team that I have been paired with is very welcoming and nice. I have worked with various contracting companies and primarily felt like the employee is the last on the totem pole, but here it's totally different. I feel welcomed to provide my years of experience and work ethics. Two thumbs up

      I haven't experienced any downsides so far. Although I'm built for challenges I have no complaints.
