Unfairness towards African American Employees

Pros

Government contracting company supporting the military medical institutions across the US.

Cons

Company is struggling for contracts and treat employees like crap especially the African American ones. I feel the leadership and ceos should be trained better on diversity and inclusion.

No Job Security... Disorganized Leadership. STAY AWAY!!!

Pros

Friendly Staff and everyone works remotely.

Cons

Massive Lay Offs. Non Compliant with government procedures & practices. Promotions are based on who you know, not experience or education. Mostly family members are hired (Nepotism). No diversity & Inclusion. Departments have very low morale and it is a hostile environment in many departments. Do not consider this a place for a long career AT ALL!!!
