Worst IT Dept ever, no service

Management doesn't seem to understand the difference between salaried employees vs hourly employees. Managers are very difficult to work with.

no room for growth, will promise you security but don't value any of their employees. Quick to let go people they know deserve a raise or promotion just so they don't have to pay. Training is non existent, also the managers have a superiority complex.

People are Overworked,everything is last minute, very disorganzied work place. Shallow corporate mentality , just another number. I can't say that much more about it because it such a large company. My experience has been mostly negative. I've been told that I would need to relocate or travel to move up, they have provided me with zero training in the year I've been there. The health care is not great. Things seem to be getting better but I don't know it's worth staying where I'm at. No real opportunity, only those with a bachelor's degree or higher are successful in corporate world.

Inexperienced managers leads to disorganization and poor communication.

There are known the place is perfect

While the company is very good to work for, upper management left a lot to be desired.
