Pros

The company offers great PTO accrual rates, good benefits, and 401k matching. All coworkers and upper management personnel I interacted with were also very nice.

Cons

They could do a better job of communicating honestly to their employees about the company's overall standing.

Casual business attire (jeans), flexible schedules (9/80 schedule), hybrid schedule (home two days), mid-size company (can still feel like small work-family)

Cons

Lack of growth opportunities/promotions, lack of tools/resources, no true bonus structure, annual raises are low and vary, some policies are very outdated, upper management feels like a good ole boys' club, budget approvals are SLOW
