Good Benefits and pay. Fun company events.

Cons

They are terrible when it comes to training. Very much a trial by fire place. There is no standardization in how anyone is trained, documentation, or project management. The building looks like it's stuck in the 80s, very dusty and dark.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, the building did have a different feel during 2020-21 when COVID sent all employees to work at home. We are currently in the process of working on a redesign to the Maumee headquarters which will incorporate more light and better aesthetics.
