Pros

*Growing Company - MatrixCare has been experiencing tremendous growth over the last few years. They are positioning themselves well in the LTPAC market against their competitors. *Work Hard, Play Hard - MatrixCare does a good job of providing fun events, food, and other benefits for their employees. *Good Career Path - MatrixCare provides dedicated and talented employees a path to grow their career and take on new challenges. *Good People - I loved my teammates and the folks I worked with at MatrixCare. Everyone there understands the impact of the work we do, and the folks on the ground there are really dedicated to MatrixCare's mission.

Cons

*Pace of Growth - MatrixCare's growth in the last few years have presented the company with challenges in meeting the demands of clients and the market. They expect a lot out of their employees, which often means working 50+ hours a week (depending on what team you're on). It often felt as though there weren't enough people to accomplish everything that was needed for what leadership expected. *Acquisitions - MatrixCare's history of acquisitions have also brought challenges to the company. Information and processes are often silo-ed in different teams or offices. It was difficult to feel like we were all on the same team at times. MatrixCare hasn't done the best job of melding these different companies into the overall corporate company culture. *Pay - They don't pay their employees competitively for the talent they have or the value they bring to the company. They need to look at this if they want to keep the people that have helped build MatrixCare into what it is today.
