Thanks for taking the time to write this review. As the company has grown, we have worked hard to create an environment where employees feel valued, empowered to succeed and grow, however we are sorry that you feel upper management only cares about quotas. As our goals for the upcoming year are fine-tuned and tweaked, we probably become focused on the execution of those goals and could do a better job of engaging and communicating employees. That said, thank you again for sharing your opinion here so that we can find ways to ensure that you and others feel valued and appreciated. Bonnie Schultz, Director, Human Resources Operations

Pros

I cannot say more about my decision to join the MatrixCare team. I have never felt so welcome in a new work environment. My first day I was welcomed not only by my team by the CEO, CFO and VP's. My story was shared with the company prior to my start date, which created a great dialogue for my first day. There is wonderful communication and transparencies of what the future brings for the company as well as employee recognition. It truly feels like a collaboration to improve our clients experience, the goal is ultimately customer satisfaction and superior care. This job is challenging and offers a lot of variety. One of the core values of MatrixCare is "Happiness Matters" and you can feel that here. The company offers employee appreciation and engagement events that have great participation. I truly am grateful that I've decided to grow professionally with MatrixCare.

Cons

MatrixCare has a lot of product lines. During the onboarding process you may believe that you will never know everything you need to know and you will always be referring to documentation.

Pros

Decent people, good benefits, nice HR department treats employees well.

Cons

Old, proprietary, rigid software tools that are frustrating to use if you've had any prior development experience. A ridiculous "server room" that is basically a ton of Lenovo PCs that run 24/7 for remote employees to Hamachi into. Constant IT problems as a result of poor leadership and insight. An in-house Frankenstein of a CRM/Issue-tracking rigged with bugs, constant crashes and causes problems. Lack of organization, some of the leadership can be overbearing, or just plain stubborn.
