      The company does provide Flexibility in terms of hours Not a whole lot else that I can think of to fill up this space

      Cons

      Poor management Inconsistent priorities Unrealistic expectations High turnover due to all of the above They refuse to publish salary ranges

      Great products, horrible culture

      Pros

      Innovative technology, profitable company, hard working staff

      Cons

      Complete disconnect between Senior Leadership and rest of company. Culture borders on anti-female. Multiple acquisitions have grown number of customers and revenues but company is unable to generate any organic sales growth.

      Harassment by manager

      Pros

      Flexible hours and "family first" attitude. I loved this job until this manager. This was the best job of my career until this manager.

      Cons

      Manager finds a mistake in your work, a mistake, not many mistakes, lectures you endlessly about it, like a dog on a bone, nothing constructive, meetings are completely useless, no agenda and asks the same vague meaningless questions every time Harassment is now on this manager's agenda, picks some targets and gives those people a most difficult time. Goes so far as to block employees from advancement.
